How forex cashback works

After an eligible trading account is opened or linked through Forex Cashback World, the broker reports qualifying trading activity. The rebate is calculated according to the applicable account, instrument and volume model. Approved cashback is then credited according to the payment schedule shown on the broker page.

Which rebate model is better?

Fixed rebate per lot

A fixed lot rebate is easier to estimate. Multiply the eligible lot volume by the displayed net amount. For example, a $5 rebate per lot produces an estimated $50 rebate on 10 eligible standard lots.

Spread and commission cost rebate

Some brokers calculate cashback from the eligible spread and commission cost. In this model, the result depends on the instrument, account type and actual trading cost. Use the broker calculator with your expected cost instead of relying on lot volume alone.

Maximum or tier-based rebate

“Up to” rates indicate a maximum. The actual amount can be lower because of the trader's country, account entity, product group, monthly volume or partner tier.

How to choose a cashback broker

  • Check account eligibility: Standard, Raw, ECN, Cent and Hybrid accounts can use different formulas.
  • Compare total trading cost: A larger rebate does not automatically mean a lower final cost.
  • Review regulation and regional availability: Use only brokers and account entities available in your jurisdiction.
  • Test the calculator: Estimate your likely monthly volume before linking an account.
  • Confirm payment terms: Review the broker page for approval and payment timing.
